The Evening

What the night holds

Animal inspired outfitsl, good company mandatory. Here is how the evening runs.

Dinner & Drinks

A full plated dinner and a cash bar, served under warm light with the people who make this work possible.

Dancing

The floor opens after the program and stays open. Come ready - this part always runs late.

Silent Auction

Trips, art, experiences and one-of-a-kind wildlife pieces donated by our partners. Bidding opens at the door.

Raffles & 50/50

Raffle baskets all evening, and a 50/50 drawing where one guest walks out with half the pot. The other half goes to the animals.

Guest Speakers

Short talks from the people doing the field work - the ones who can tell you what your ticket actually changed.

The Room

Scientists, zookeepers, teachers, families and first-timers. Nobody at this event is a stranger for long.

Three Causes

Every dollar raised is split between giraffe rewilding, pangolin protection and Florida coral restoration.

Our Programs

Proceeds also keep our hands-on education programs free for schools, libraries and families all year.

Why This Night

One evening funds a year of the work

The Foundation runs lean on purpose. There is no marketing budget and no paid fundraising staff - which means a single well-attended night in November does more for the animals than months of anything else we could do.

Your ticket covers your seat and your dinner. Everything above that - the auction, the raffles, the 50/50, the sponsorships - goes straight into the field, split between three organizations we have worked alongside and trust with the money.

Come hungry, bid hard, and dance badly. It all counts.

Where Your Ticket Goes

Three organizations. Three species that need us.

We do not spread the money thin. This year's proceeds are shared between three groups doing hard, measurable work on the ground and in the water.

Save Giraffes Now

Giraffe numbers have fallen roughly 40% in three decades - a silent extinction almost nobody noticed. Save Giraffes Now rescues, relocates and rewilds giraffes across Africa, and works with the communities who live alongside them.

Pangolin Conservation & Research Foundation

The pangolin is the most trafficked mammal on earth. PCRF works on the breeding, husbandry and field research that has to exist before any of the eight species can be pulled back from the edge.

The Reef Institute

Right here in West Palm Beach, The Reef Institute biobanks Florida's corals, raises juveniles and plants them back on the reef - the closest thing our own coastline has to an insurance policy.

Before You Come

Good to know

What should I wear?
Most guests land somewhere between cocktail and dressy - wear what makes the evening feel like an occasion, and shoes you can dance in. But the theme is animal safari so wear your favorite animal color/print.
Is dinner included in the ticket?
Yes. Your ticket covers a plated dinner and your seat for the whole evening. The bar is separate.
Can I reserve a whole table?
You can. Tables seat 10 and can be reserved as a group, or sponsored outright - see the sponsorship levels above. Call 561-729-5516 and we will set it aside.
How does the silent auction work?
Bidding opens when the doors do and closes during dessert. Browse the tables, write your bid, and check back before the close. Winners settle up before they leave.
Can I donate an item or a raffle basket?
Please do - donated items are how the auction gets good. Send us a message and we will arrange pickup and get you listed in the program.
Is my ticket tax deductible?
Portions of ticket and sponsorship costs may be deductible above the fair market value of what you receive. Keep your receipt and check with your tax advisor.
